Appointments must be booked online via the booking website and all bookings require a credit card on file to reserve your reservation.
​
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged for 50% of the service cost that may be applied to the next scheduled service if rescheduled within 90 days.
No-call, no-show bookings will be charged 50% of the service cost. Gift Certificate and Groupon no-call/no-shows will forfeit their certificate.

Please be sure to avoid using exfoliants of any kind for 72 hours prior to your appointment!

If you arrive late, please note that your treatment time will be reduced accordingly so that we may serve the next guest on time. Late arrival will still result in full payment for your requested service, even though your actual treatment time may be reduced.

Your Skincare Intake Form must be completed and signed prior to your service. It is critical that you complete the form thoroughly and honestly to prevent any negative reactions during your treatment! Clients must sign a liability waiver before receiving any treatments to acknowledge understanding of the procedures and any associated risks.
​
Although it is impossible to list every potential risk and complication, I will do my due diligence to inform you of possible benefits, risks, and complications of facial services.
​
I reserve the right to refuse service based on the condition of your skin (i.e., cold sores, open lesions, sunburn, etc.). You will not be charged for your service if I am unable to complete your treatment due to these circumstances.
​
Payment is due at the time of service and may be charged to your card on file, another credit or debit card, or be paid in cash. I do not accept checks. My spa is gratuity-free, in lieu of gratuity, I accept Google reviews, product purchases, and referrals! Failure to complete payment will result in a police report for theft.
​
Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase so long as more than 50% of the product remains.
